Ok so I will give this a go and see if keep it up this was yesterdays food log.
B-2 boiled eggs and 1 rash bacon
S-5 almonds & smoothie made with coconut milk and berries
L-Large salad with chicken and sunflower seeds with balsamic vinegar
D-Half Chicken and some Sweet Potato
Fridays are my complete rest day, after exercising all week and working 50 hours a week I love doing nothing on a Friday night, this is 'me' time.
