Avid Soccer Player Needs Help
I play soccer 3-4 x's per week. Sometimes I have two games in a row and typically play the full 90 minutes. What do some of you do to prepare for matches as far as consumption?

At the very least you want full glycogen stores for the best performance. Slap anyone who starts talking about "free fatty acids" for high intensity activities, it is an inefficient system for protracted physical activity.
Eat things like potatos, sweet potatos, fruit, honey, and other fast acting carbohydrate sources.
