The big news for me this week is that I've finally decided to enhance my supplements with the Damage Control Master Formula. I already supplement with fish oil and vitamin D3, but this is a significant step forward. Thanks to @mark_sisson for helping me with some info about supplementation and the "expensive urine" problem!


Tomorrow I hit the gym again for some fun weight lifting (and I really mean "fun"), so yay for me
