I was given a diet on Dr. Peats, if you're familiar with that. I'm 33 and have four children. Two months ago I had my fourth and I'm still trying to lose eight pounds from her. I'm trying to find a diet that helps me balance my hormones (as I have issues with that) and lower insulin resistance, as I have that. The biggest thing for me is that Dr. Peats' was all about avoiding most veggies and most fruits and nuts because they have estrogen. So I like this clean diet as well and the recipes but it's hard eating all these veggies/fruits that supposedly have estrogen, knowing I'm estrogen dominant, have been anyways and I want to fix that. What do you all think about this issue and being primal. Thanks
