Hey Everyone,

Just thought I would post my workout for the day ... give it a try if you like!

5 rounds, no rest at all:

100 skips
10 Hindu Push Ups
10 Sledge hammer smashes each side
20 Sprinters Lunges


... If you're conditioning is not the greatest yet, take a one min break between rounds and perform 3-5 times depending on your fitness level!
