Hi all....My name's Jay from Buffalo,NY ....I'm trying to lose 20 lbs over the next 3 months in time for Rugby season....any suggestions? I weigh 215 at the moment and am trying to re-design my diet to obviously meet my weight loss expectations. I'd also like to keep my weight lifting set on high weights while I am doing this.

I'm Dan and also from Buffalo...East Amherst actually. At roughly 6lbs of weight loss/month, that's pretty realistic if you are strict with the primal diet. I stick to lifting heavy most of the time and perform body weight excercises the rest of the time. I would recommend trying to incorporate some Crossfit type workouts into your routine in order to achieve your goal.
