Hi All! I wanted to share this tasty GREEN recipe I made in anticipation of St. Patty's day.

This "pasta," aka zucchini noodles, is topped with a delicious green sauce made of avocado, nutritional yeast, veggie stock, and garlic for a creamy, cheesy, nutty taste. It tastes a lot like alfredo sauce or maccaroni and cheese, but it's grain-free, gluten-free, vegan, and of course, paleo.

You can add in some chicken or protein of your choice if you'd like though!
