43 days into this and could not imagine going back. While I've always been somewhat fit and active, 55 years was becoming difficult to maintain. Diets, exercise, high bp, high cholesterol meds, supplements, and always searching for the right combination of all to remain healthy was becoming exhausting. Liking the all I want to eat diet of unbelievable foods while losing weight the right way for once and watching it stay off. Feels great to run up a flight of stairs and not feel like I'm carrying a bag of sand.
Congratulations. I have to agree that enjoying what you eat makes a huge difference.
