Purchase P90X. It will get you into tremendous shape and you don't need a lot to do the workouts...mostly bodyweight resistance moves. Let me know if you need anymore info.

If all you have is your body:
do push ups
do bodyweight squats (hindu/pistols/etc...google them)
do pull-ups if you have something to hang from
do handstand pushups (off a wall if you have to at first)
do situps/crunches/planks
pick up ANYTHING that's relatively heavy to you..and pick it up off the ground. raise it over head. walk with it. run with it if you can. throw it (if it's throwable).
walk.
run.
jump.
you get the idea.

The main problem im running into is figuring out how many of each to do. I want a routine, some basic amount of each exercise i do so that i can build muscle without overworking them, a problem ive run into before.
Like, how many pushups, situps and squats should i be doing every how often?

Simplistically, I do 15, 20 and 25 reps of each set of any particular exercise generally. I do seven sets a day and always some sort of high intensity cardio for around 15 ins
That tends to work.

Crossfit. That is all I can say. No need to purchase anything or guess what you have to do for a work out. Go to www.crossfit.com and follow the work out there. They have videos and exercise descriptions of what you have to do. Lots of the exercises require only body weight and a place to do pull ups. I have been CF'ing for the last year and half and have never been in better shape and I am in the army and have to be in shape.
