My goals for this challenge are:
1) Clean up my eating. Specifically staying away from processed foods as much as possible and eliminating grains from diet.
2) Exercise regularly. I'll be dusting off my kettlebell and Never Gymless by Ross Enamait for this one. Also, the dog will get in on the fun by going on walks with me daily. I will get in at least two sprint workouts.
3) Play! I simply do not play enough. I need to get out and play ball with the guys, run and play with the dog, or just go for a swim.
I'll post my specifics of food intake and exercise at the end of every day.
