I used to love Starbuck's indulgent frappacinos, and would often make my own in the blender. Here is a fairly low carb version, for those of you who do dairy.
1 - 2 tsp instant coffee
1 tsp (unsweetened) cocoa powder
1 tsp sugar
1 - 2 cups crushed ice
approx 1/2 cup heavy cream
put ingredients into blender in order, and mix well. You may have to adjust the volume of cream, depending on your machine.
Try it with a drop of vanilla, 1 part coconut milk to three parts coffee, and a very healthy dose of cinnamon. It's my breakfast after extended fasts.
