I am a 49 yo female who has started the strong lifts program.
I really suck at squats I seem to lean forward when I try for parallel.
My question is should I go back to no weight and practice parallel or should I stay at the same weight until I get it right?

Well...the recipe for success with squats is to do them often, make sure your form is good, and then add weight to the bar.
