    Coconut Pancakes

    Can the coconut pancakes be frozen? The cookbook doesn't mention this. Thanks.

    Yes, wrap them in foil to store them and then when you are ready to eat them, just pop them in a toaster oven or oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or so for perfect waffles.

    Good question. I was also wondering if coconut pancakes can be taken to school for lunch? Some 5 hours out of the fridge.
