Day 1 of this journal is about 3 weeks into trying to eat primal. It is the first day of PBF and I did the self assesment.
Day 1 food:
B: 2 eggs + about 3 oz steak with saute pepper, onion and mushrooms about 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
S: strip of beef jerky, pear, 3 or 4 nuts
