Goals:
* Stop just lurking here and reading the site while eating chips and drinking soda... and actually do something about it!
* Make some significant progress toward a primal lifestyle.
* Lose weight/lower blood pressure/feel better about myself.
Day 1:
Not starting off very primally, but closer than my usual.

- deli lunchmeat and slice of cheese
- Propel Invigorating Water (to provide a little caffeine in the transition away from sodas)
L
- cheeseburger (started well, removing the bun, but couldn't maintain and ended up eating the bun)
- unsweetened iced tea
S
- two handsful of mixed nuts

The rest of today has not gone so well. Instead of 80/20, I've done more like 5/95. But tomorrow is another day.

- barbecue chicken wings
- glass of Pepsi
- slice of cake
- glass of milk
- serving of Bugles chips
