Had a lovely valentine's day with ReadytoGrok. We ate out (actually had a date!). Some yummy NY Steak with brandy sauce, asparagus and a bit of white potato. Our weigh in was the next morning. 150.0 but weighed in the next day and back down to 149.4.
Went for a walk yesterday. hoping to hike this weekend. we'll see what the weather holds.
I tested my blood sugar 1hr post meal (nitrate-free salami, cheese, dill pickles, plus 1/2 homemade muffin)....it was a whopping 88! so thrilled with that.
I've been enjoying the rainy weather by playing around with my almond meal muffin recipe. I've got it down to 7g total carb (5 net carb), 23g fat, 7g protein.
