So, according to FITDAY I am a veritable salt lick. I only use a "dash" of salt, and hte rest of my food is mostly veggies and meats. I have a can of tuna which is salted. but even on days when I dont have something salty like, prosciutto...I am registering at about 2300 mgs of sodium!!!! AHHHHHKKK! How do I reduce this ? is it dangerous? My potassium is usually around 3,00 or 4,000....and I know K should be higher than NA.....right? balancing vitamin hell.
