I was starving and had to go to a mini mart to grab something today on the way to work. Well, everybody knows mini marts really only have processed and package food...
I decided to get Old Wisconsin Turkey Sausage Snack Bites and reading the nutrition facts it doesn't seem that bad. Is this an okay regular snack?

Serving size: 6 pieces . 80 calories, 5g of fat, less than 1g carb, and 7 grams potein. It has 300mg of sodium.

The ingredients are Turkey and "contains less than 2% or less of Salt, corn syrup, natural spices, dextrose, lactic acid...." < I know thats all processed talk but its less than 2% per serving.

What do you think?
