Kick it up a notch and really get to losing some fat!


- Workout or play everyday

- Cut down on portion sizes

- Eat less cheese

- no weekend cheats on diet soda!


I casually started PB about 2 weeks ago (240lbs) and I am now about 230. (I say casually, b/c I wasn't getting my workouts in.) I am hoping to get down to less that 220 by the end of the challenge. If I stick to the exercise, I should be able to do it.
