    What are the stats? How many people did Bad Science Bad Medicine, and Big Pharma kill because of excessive carbohydrate consumption and low fat diets?

    Low fat diets actually reverse CVD. There's plenty of research and studies on that.

    Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.

    Esselstyn's doomed study, for instance? Where only a handful of subjects finished the study, and as many got worse as improved?

    I don't think it's low fat that's the problem. I think it's the processed & inflammatory foods that people eat and the choice of fats that they DO eat that are problematic. But there aren't studies about all of that because diets are too varied & difficult to monitor.
