Next question, what causes black rings under the eyes, and i mean really black black rings. Is it just a lack of sleep, or could there be a deficiency of a mineral or vitamin ??????

is it somewhat mandatory to supplement magnesium? eat fish and some seaweed and you won't need an iodine supp. you can take salts baths for magnesium, but mag citrate is pretty cheap. i take that, d3 and k2. have been making kefir so i will drop the k2 when it runs out.

you can store anything in the fridge, lol. unless they are oil-based you don't need to though.
As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy and to make plans.

There could be a genetic disposition as it depends on the thickness of your skin layers as well

We store our cod liver oil in the fridge. Pills go in a cupboard.
Disclaimer: I eat 'meat and vegetables' ala Primal, although I don't agree with the carb curve. I like Perfect Health Diet and WAPF Lactofermentation a lot.

Blood thinners cause that too. My dad took Aspirin for blood pressure, and he would get bruised pretty easily.
