ok, i really have to give HUGE props to rivvin, who posted about that burger stuffer today and planted the bug in my head. i also gotta apologize for the craptacular quality photos, normally i have the real camera on hand, all i had was the blackberry.

view the whole recipe over on my blog:

pictured with a spoonful of yogurt on top, baked kale chips with garlic and lemon, and cucumber slices. this was the best thing ever. until tomorrow.

Oh sure, give Rivvin all the credit. It was my idea just to do them by hand or use a cereal bowl. Your combo, fig, feta, mint, lamb -- goodness, I am fasting today and hate you a little now.

Looks awesome, Batty. I want one or three of those.

Well, I know what I'm making once I finish up this batch of Mark's Chili Recipe. That looks so freaking delicious, batty... I can't wait to try it!

easy enough! about 1/2 cup heavy cream in a bowl. zap it in a microwave til its just under boiling. take a large 85% or higher chocolate bar and chop up in a food processor until it's all in little crumbles. or, if you got cacao nibs, those will work, we never do. pour chocolate into cream and stir with whisk until the cream turns dark from the chocolate and its all smooth. put that in the fridge to cool, then whip with a hand mixer.
