Coconut milk UK
I bought some coconut milk in Tesco, and as i was in a rush, stupidly didn't have a look at the ingredients. Well, coconut milk isn't even 40% of it!!!!!! Does anyone in the UK know the best place to buy coconut milk that isn't in a can?
I found some really good coconut milk in pouches in Morrisons. No additives, either, which is excellent!
I just bought this from Amazon (and it's cheaper than in supermarkets) - I think it's the best I've tried.
"What On Earth Organic Coconut Milk 400 Ml (Pack of 6)"
For anyone who doesn't mind cans, the stuff from Lidl is surprisingly good. It does have some stabilisers and such in it, but it's 82% coconut - and it's very cheap.
For a no can and no additives option you could try this from Realfoods - it's in a carton and lists only 40% Organic coconut pulp, 30% Organic coconut juice, 30% water as ingredients.
Biona coconut milk pretty good .
