Baby Got Back- The booty builders thread

    Shop Now
This is a topic for women and men interested in creating a more luscious, ample, yet firm butt. There is a lot of info on making a nice ass, and this is the place to post workouts and ideas and perhaps even progress photos or "buttspiration".

Dudes are welcome. Biceps and shoulders without a butt just makes it look like you skip leg day.

Anyhow, my workout yesterday was deadlifts off blocks, I pulled 285 for a 1 RM. Total butt squeeze required to lock that out, plus it works the back. Then glute ham raises, pull thrus and goblet squats. Feel it today in the central booty, hamstrings and lower back.

    Yayyyy mags!

    What I am doing:

    -Romanian deadlifts (newbie; at 175lbsx5)
    -low bar squats
-hip bridges, weighted with 45lbs, x10x3
    -weighted sneaky lunges
-might do weighted front/back lunges soon.
-HIIT intervals of running 7.2-7.4mph at an incline (supposedly helps with booty as well)
New journal AQUI... where we chat, cuss, and post offensive stuff.

Gelatin/bone broth recipes blog. (Latest recipe: Easy Banana Soft Serve)

OMG! I thought I was the only one who felt dirty doing them in public. I'm glad I'm working with plates instead of dumbbells for them now, because dumbbells were even more scandalous.

    Great thread idea, magnolia!

I've been doing barbell hip bridges for several months now. I "feel the burn" a lot more with low weight/high reps versus doing a heavy weight.

I've also been doing cable hip abduction, but I'm not sure it's doing much.

    Hyperextensions are another favorite.

Not me, I have always trained legs and my lower body is among my best attributes! Gluteus maximus got a solid portion of reverse hack squat yesterday so today I will pump up my biceps, triceps and shoulders to even out the balance…
