    Endometriosis since going Primal?

    Primal Fuel
So I've found lots of stories in the forum and online about Primal helping with endometriosis symptoms. But has anyone experienced an onset of endo since going Primal? I've been Primal for about 4 years now and I began experiencing endo symptoms about a year and a half ago. (I have not had a laparoscopy to confirm the presence of endo since my doctor doesn't deem it necessary but the symptoms are definitely endo.) I have no idea what to do. I'm working on eliminating dairy but that doesn't seem to be helping so far. My doctor has just prescribed me naproxen to ease the symptoms, but that's not really a long-term solution.

Edit: I do have ovarian cysts but no actual PCOS.

Endo has nothing to do with going primal.
Endometriosis is one of several diseases caused by iodine deficiency. See our Testimonials, chapter "Endometriosis:"
    http://tinyurl.com/iodine-testimonials

    See these articles:
End of Endo, Endometriosis and Thyroid health

Doctor Flechas Lecture in Med School: 4:30 into video: (You should watch the entire video)

The answer is the Dr. Brownstein Iodine Protocol.
    http://tinyurl.com/Iodine-Handout
CAUTION! It is essential to take selenium with iodine, as described by Dr. Brownstein or else thyroid problems.

    Also see iodine references:
    http://tinyurl.com/iodine-references

Endometriosis is just one of several diseases caused by iodine deficiency. These include:
    Thyroid problems
Fibrocysctic breast disease (lumps & bumps in the breast, sometimes very painful)
    Ovary Cysts
    Brain Fog
    Unbalanced hormones.

So you have 2 of the iodine deficiency symptoms. Do you also have cold hands & cold feet? If YES, then you are also hypothyroid exhibiting a 3rd deficiency symptom.

There is much more, do a Google search "Endometriosis Iodine"

I will be monitoring this thread for a few days in case there are any questions.

There are only the diseases listed in my message above for women caused by iodine deficiency.

Men also suffer iodine deficiency disease with the Prostate & Testes resulting in prostate problems & problems with testosterone. See Prostate in our Testimonials:

Iodine deficiency afflicts a majority of Americans. Read this book by Lynn Farrow:

    Canio,

Be careful what you read on the internet, there are gross lies & distortions designed to frighten people & boost the sale of expensive drugs. I suggest Focusing only on reports from qualified Doctors: Abraham, Brownstein, Cousens, Flechas, Derry, Davis, & Tenpenny for honest & accurate information about iodine. Google Search for doctorsName iodine.

You are sadly mistaken. All of these doctors recommend iodine, and they would not be recommending it if it were poisonous. Lugols iodine and iodoral iodine tablets being recommended by doctors are designed for human consumption. Iodine has also been a MAJOR medicine for > 125 years, as you will see if you read the book, The Iodine Crises.

LOL I debated adding a caveat about whether anyone other than Grizz will pipe up with the iodine.
And for the record, I do supplement with iodine, and cold hands/feet are not an issue with me.

How much iodine are you taking, what kind, and are you taking ALL of the required co-supplements?
    http://tinyurl.com/Iodine-Handout

The co-supplements are required to get iodine into your cells and the toxins Fluoride, Bromide & Chlorine out of your cells. Every cell in our body requires iodine and these toxins displace iodine making us sickly.
    Iodine deficiencies & dosages

You have deficiency diseases, and Dr. Brownstein recommends 100mg iodoral daily.

I suggest you work with a good iodine doctor ( or local Naturopathic/Holistic ) doctor for your health problems. Traditional doctors know nothing about iodine & were never trained in Med School about iodine. They have deleted & censored their entire 100+ year history of iodine being a MAJOR medicine for most disease. List of iodine trained doctors here:
