Dear gods start slow. 1/2 tsp a day for first week then double it for the next week up to a max of 4 tblspoons a day. if you jump in at 2 to 4 tblsp a day you will want to die and the fartage will be horrible. Worse than horrible. A disaster. It will be your own personal Ragnarok.
That being said it has hugely improved my carb tolerance and sleep and dreams. I have had such great dreams. frequently deeply xrated dreams. I wake up better and super horny. YMMV of course.
However I cant stress the fartage problems enough. go slow.
