PantryBites- Where I post recipes focused on primal/ low-carb eating. I've been dabbling on and off since last year but have committed to being 100% since March this year.

I love it that I have more time in the mornings as I'm not dragging myself to the gym daily for chronic cardio and I LOVE primal eating. Fat does make everything better.

http://amoderngal.com/ -- My personal blog which covers personal finance, healthy living and recipes. I have only been more strictly primal for a few weeks, but many of the recipes are for creative ways to serve veggies and other fresh foods. I also have a recent blog post on tips to make this way of eating more affordable.

My modest journal-style blog on food, growing food, raising food... I like food
Not so hot on the exercise mind you!

@Egoldstein You won me over with the phrase "I also use old wine bottles to crush nuts..."

Lean, Mean, Virile Machine - Where I help young, busy men build strong, attractive, and healthy bodies quickly and efficiently.

I'm a big fan of The Pareto Principle - that 80% of results come from 20% of effort. My blog is an attempt to find the highest leverage things you can do to improve your health. After years and years of experimenting with every diet, exercise, and stress-reduction idea I could come across, I've found that a "Primal" type lifestyle will give you the greatest ROI. I explore efficient ways to lose fat and build muscle while still having a life to enjoy.

It's a friendly and intelligent crew over there, so stop by and say hello!

My blog is under construction (waiting for the header to be designed). The content will be primal. Recipes, training advices, nutrition will be convered on a regular basis.

here is the link : www.primaljournal.com

Also, if you are from Montreal, canada, I would love to organize a meet up once in a while... Something along the line of a paleo night (everybody brings food) or some meet up for training (runs, bodyweight exercises in the park, etc.) Hit me up

I have been following a more low carb natural diet for years, but now that I have found the primal path I am thoroughly excited to adjust my lifestyle a bit to head this direction fully!

hey guys, my website is finally up. Make sure you check it out. If you do comment, make sure you include your website (if you have one). I will be able to get in contact with you and take a look at your blog. Hopefully, i will add you to the blog roll I am creating at the moment (my goal is to promote primal/paleo as much as i can!).

Have a good night every one.
