I started an exercise, paleo diet and healthy cooking blog a little over a month ago. I post new content every day and really love having a health blog because it forces me to research new topics and expand my knowledge about the human body. I have learned more about health and paleo in the last month than I did in the year before that. I look forward to checking out the other blogs on this list.
