    hey RidgebackRunner,
I tried contacting you on your blog, but didn't see how I could. You might be interested in Natural Dog Training. My dad's dog training theory where they basically debunk the current training models. Interesting stuff. Think you might be into it considering you're already Primal, this might change how you view your relationship with your dogs! Great blog.

Just ordered your books and ready to start.

Ok, let's say the books don't come for a week. In the interim, what can I start doing. Gave up lunch and did a nice brisk half hour walk today.

I work full time with an hour commute each way...

Pudgy now, higher than I and Doc likes BP. Could stand to lose 25-30.

What should I do for the next week...?

Need/want better eating habits, and looking at a healthier way of life prior to retirement.

It certainly isn't Groky. Good blog. I have added it to my blogroll.

I design websites and blogs for a living. If you would like a blog or website designed by someone who understands Primal, see my web page.

Primal Blueprint Explorer My blog for people who are not into the Grok thing. Since starting the blog, I have moved close to being Archevore instead of Primal. But Mark's Daily Apple is still the best source of information about living an ancestral lifestyle.

Start reading the blog. A good place to start is About >> Primal Blueprint 101. The definitive guides are awesome.

Sweet! I added yours too! I like the idea of primal/paleo without the "caveman" aspect!

Do you go to the Greyhound Weekend at Rohoboth (sp) Beach Delaware in the fall. Town is filled with cute Greyhounds, at least 500-750. Hotels, restaurants open up to them....cool...

I've been blogging for a good while but not entirely Paleo/Primal until recently. You can check us out here. www.thepaleochild.com - about living life as a Paleo/Primal family.
