I get most my meat ( & Dairy) from local butcher & Dairy so my "grocery " shop tends to look something like this.. (this was taken this summer so different fruit/veg available)
people in the supermarket don't realize I probably also have a freezer full of meat at home
Oh & the OJ, Milk & Katsup is hubbys
Every time I hear the dirty word 'exercise', I wash my mouth out with chocolate.

Last week - yogurt, potatoes, and eggs with a few steaks tossed in.

This week - just eggs (in tallow) and potatoes, with kombucha to wash it down. Because I am a mad man.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.

This is just the food I pick out. If I added in the food my wife and son eat, it would be a longer list. I don't live real close to my grocery store so I buy enough to avoid having to go shopping again until next week. Sometimes my food will carry me over into the next week.
