Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
Yes they absolutely differ... Orange sweet potatoes will contain more beta carotene than say a Japanese sweet potato with white flesh. Japanese Sweet Potatoes are also pretty sweet so there may be a little more sugar in them as well. Go to Whole Foods as all sweet potatoes and "yams" are the same exact price per pound.
I don't care, baked (white) potato fries in coconut oil is the shit.
