I'm not fat anymore. I lost 50 pounds 3 years ago and it never came back. Can I still play?
I LOVE to eat big, so when I heard about warrior-style eating and IF, it was instant success. I eat once or twice a day, and when I do eat, I eat most of my calories for the day at once. It's awesome.
Quitting snacking took work; I actually gained weight by replacing all the junk I was eating with almonds. But it didn't take long to get sick of almonds and then, I added in liver and more protein, and didn't want to snack anymore - not really.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
