The genetic predisposition toward obesity can be expressed or hidden. Mine was expressed before Primal Blueprint, now it is hidden. But the way my body packs on muscle is remniscient of the way it packs on fat, so genes are at play for sure. I change comp fast if I really work out a lot. Then I have pokey muscles in my armpits when I'm trying to sleep and my shirts don't fit and I remember I don't like it that much. :P
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
