Primal and especially Paleo are low carb in comparison to CW. But eating Monsanto's People Chow (whole grains) isn't going to help anyone's health.
I wish the OP much luck in the future. With "health professionals" pushing you to eat like prey instead of predator, you'll most likely need it.

That's funny, my "bad" cholesterol numbers went down and my "good" cholesterol numbers went up, but I guess I am just lucky that way.
Also, if you are eating on the low end of the GI, avoid whole wheat bread which register's higher than white bread.

Huh? Primal may not be the best, but Paleo with lower fats and higher veggie inakle and a variety of tubers, like Perfect Health version sounds like a fit for this concern. I mean, it's not like pasta cures cholesterol ???

The posters other posts don't look spam-like to me. They engaged in conversation pretty normally elsewhere. This post looks very unusual compared to the others. Punctuation is different, all lower-case. No idea what to make of that.

Especially with no later posts to respond to the responses or add to why they think it's a good idea to "stop primal/paleo". Maybe they just haven't had the chance yet?
