Lots of amazing ideas here! Yes, it's very nutritious on many levels, not just for potassium alone. I like the apple cider idea, and will probably roll these ideas into one kombucha/jello/molasses/spices creation. Since I usually have kombucha going, and the rest are shelf-stable, it shouldn't be hard to make this on a semi-regular basis. I owe y'all a bunch! Thanks!

Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
