Coffee for me too, nothing like liquid gold in the morning.

I am really enjoying boiled eggs at the moment though...

The only other food that even comes close to making me feel this good is grass-fed beef, but it's pretty much got nothin' on sushi. So what about you guys?
I agree. My favorite thing to get is this Poke salad they have at my favorite Japanese restaurant. You never know what you'll get because it's a combination of sashimi scraps and seaweed. Last time there was a lot of octopus in it. On the side I get a salmon roe nigiri and a mackerel nigiri. Num num num.

    In second place: coffee!!!!!!!!!!

Glad you said liver. I almost forgot! Liver it is! Feels like I'm flying for two or three days after I eat a pound of liver...
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.

Homemade ice cream. Milk protein chock full of BCAA's, milk fat with lots of SFA and almost no PUFA, sugar, cholesterol from egg yolks, collagen from the gelatin, Vitamins A & K2...it's pretty much a complete food and also the greatest tasting food on Earth.

For more on "awesome," try coffee ice cream. All the benefits of ice cream with a caffeine buzz. You use decaf coffee beans to make your coffee ice cream, you say? I hope you enjoy your stay in Hell, devil worshiper.

Probably ice cream with a warm crust (like a heated brownie or cookie) is an instant pick me up regarding mood munchies.

Eggs make me feel best throughout the day. If I don't have them as my first meal, I feel "off".
