    My superfoods are:
    scrambled eggs and bacon with some kimchi
    Lamb with greek yogurt
    Blueberries with greek yogurt and local vanilla infused honey
    Chicken thighs
    Beef
    Eggs, boiled with home made aioli
    coffee with heavy cream

    I laugh my ass off at the fact that food so decadent makes me feel great.

    Supplements:
    Caffeine in Coffee or Dr. Pepper (makes life worth living for me)
    Primal Since September 2010
    Beginning Weight = 250lb
    Current Weight = 197lb
    Goal Weight = Whatever weight I am when I can do 30 pull ups without taking a break...

    Foods that make me feel noticeably good right after eating them:

    bone broth
    liver; mostly chicken livers
    butter coffee

    Foods that make me feel good about treating myself well and are delicious:

    salmon
    burgers, meat loaf, meat balls, stews from any grass-fed/pastured animal (I like eating out of bowls)
    farm eggs
    seafood and shellfish (and salmon, salmon, salmon)
    grapefruit and berries

    what greens powder? is there grasses in it? I"m looking for grass free greens mixes. thanks!

    Just eat a cow....the greens are pre digested for you!
