4 with occasional 3 tendencies. Oh, plus wine and occasional scotch or tequila or a beer.

Naturally landed in 3 for a while until my body said WTH. Now a 4.5 w/ occasional mistakes, like this weekend at the cabin where someone kept making screwdrivers and i kept drinking them. Whoops.

    #4, #5(90/10 I think)
Started with #3 at first(around 50g or less per day) and moving toward more carb (still under 100g per day).

Level 4 for me, with a bit of 5 thrown in on days when I run by Starbucks b/c I'm out of raw cream. Lacto-Paleo is a great name. I wish I had thought of it.
It's just another day in paradise
As you stumble to your bed
    You'd give anything to silence
Those voices ringing in your head
You thought you could find happiness
    Just over that green hill
You thought you would be satisfied
    But you never will-

I'm at level 3 with dairy. It's been working well for the last six months, though I do indulge in a chocolate stout brew now and then

I'm a solid 3, works for me. I'm a natural carnivore since early childhood. Don't have any problems following a strict meat/veg WOE.
