Hi! I did, and it cured my joint pain. I had to walk with a cane sometimes, and after only a few weeks of auto-immune food elimination, I was running and jumping and telling everybody, not that they wanted to hear it. If you survive cancer, you're a hero. If you cure your arthritis, you're a quack. Go figure.
So your suggestion would be to try for 60 days no dairy, wheat (is that all grains?), legumes and nightshades? Did you try this?
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
