Honestly this sort of thing makes me pretty angry. They have no idea what is and what isn't really good for us in the longterm. Yes, I know we believe this stuff is bad, but we used to think that saturated fat was bad and that artificial sweeteners and margarine was the way to go. Not that I ever did that, just hated both. Research seems to point at different things everyday and what works for one person just doesn't work for another.
Started Primal June 2012 at 148.5lbs, and 5' 1", reached goal weight in 5 months.
Lowest weight 93lbs - too thin. Now stable at around 100lbs much better weight for me at my age.
