I'm not liking this experiment anymore. I am beginning to wonder how much I need to know the root issue of my hormonal problem.
Feeling broken and frustrated. Mentally I am vulnerable to the thoughts of what's the point?! Why don't I just let myself eat junk?!
Ok. Come on. Reign it in. I want health. I want nutrient dense food.

Scrambled eggs, bacon jerky
Hot dog with mustard, carrots with homemade gado gado dressing, potato chips, hot chocolate, almonds
Raspberries & cream
