Bench pressed my max, 2X (so, not my max anymore, ?!), then curled 45 pound freeweights symmetrically 10X.
Another duplicate .6 pound steak, and I think I found some good eggs in the fridge - about to find out. If so, I'll eat six. If not, I'm having oysters with my steak, lol.

Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
