It's pretty apparent that you're fundamentals are bad, and that no amount of tweaking is going to work. Eating toast because you have to eat "something?" That's pretty much disqualifies you right there, sorry. The nuts-and-dairy newbie who can't lose weight is a common occurrence too. You need a complete overhaul.
If you're gallbladder is out and you don't like real meat, then your version of primal will be far more advanced than what you'll find from us amateurs on the forums. I recommend that you sign up for professional nutrition help: from Mark or his certified folks, or a primal-friendly nutritionist.

I (try to) follow by-the-book primal as advocated by Mark Sisson, except for whey powder and a bit of cream. I advocate a two-month strict adjustment for newbies. But everybody is different and should tweak Primal to their own needs.
