If you're thin, SADs will think it's in spite of your diet, not because of it. They'll say, "Oh, if you can eat fat and stay thin, then you must have good genetics. Oh woe is me, I wish I could be so lucky, but I guess I'll have to soldier on *sigh* [sucks down sugar-laden Yoplait]."

I (try to) follow by-the-book primal as advocated by Mark Sisson, except for whey powder and a bit of cream. I advocate a two-month strict adjustment for newbies. But everybody is different and should tweak Primal to their own needs.
