@Rosemary- thanks for posting about the Fat Fast Cookbook. Dana writes great recipes, and I'm going to hop over and get this book tonight. I think it will be a real help.
I have read Griff's primer many times since my Cholesterol started rising 2 years ago. And I understand,I think!, the thinking behind everyone saying with good HDL and low trigs the LDL is likely to be the large, fluffly type.
But reading various sites, my LDL seems really high compared to most people who post their numbers on here. Also had my Apo A& B numbers checked recently, they didn't come out too well, the ratios weren't good.
