My roommate has a terrible diet. She eats processed food 75 percent of the time: A HUGE bowl of sugar-loaded cereal with low-fat milk for breakfast, McDonald's or pizza for lunch, frozen breaded fish filets for dinner followed by a huge bowl of yogurt topped with a cup of applesauce. She started a new job recently which takes up a lot of her time so she gets no exercise now and has been gaining a lot of weight. She was complaining the other day that her pants don't fit any more. She knows my diet and I've explained all the science behind it to her but she just looks at me like I'm crazy. Anyway she decided to start capoeira classes once a week in an effort to get some exercise in. I just asked her how her first class went and she goes: "It's great but I don't know if I'm going to continue, you're in a squatting position a lot and I don't want my legs to bulk up with muscle".
It's good that I was in a different room so that she couldn't see my gigantic eye roll.
