I've also been known to take what I jokingly call "second hand smoke breaks" - in which I take as much time as a smoker does, but get fresh air & movement instead of smoking.
I want to try to eat 45 fried cheese sticks now. That just sounds like a day worth living.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
Something that's never made sense to me is why CW considers pizza "junk food" if it's mainly "healthy grains" and vegetables/fruit. I guess it's not whole grain, but since half of all the grains you consume should be whole grain, as long as I have a big bowl of popcorn with it I'm good, right?
