    I am willing to bet that your big butt looks great though. The biggest issue I have with paleo women is they are all trying to get too thin. I know, I know everyone believes that thin is healthier but I love curvy women who are fit and healthy.

    Same! Jeeeez. Three hours. My morning coffee keeps me full longer than that!

    Yup, I usually take "lunch" and walk around for an hour (and if I'm actually hungry I might eat at my desk later - I almost never eat earlier than 2pm).

    I've also been known to take what I jokingly call "second hand smoke breaks" - in which I take as much time as a smoker does, but get fresh air & movement instead of smoking.

    I've been using my lunch break to exercise lately as well, but I also bring a lunch to eat at work doh. I need to get on that secondhand smoke break, but somehow it get the idea that explaining that to a sergeant would equal "shamming." 8/

    I want to try to eat 45 fried cheese sticks now. That just sounds like a day worth living.
    Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.

    Something that's never made sense to me is why CW considers pizza "junk food" if it's mainly "healthy grains" and vegetables/fruit. I guess it's not whole grain, but since half of all the grains you consume should be whole grain, as long as I have a big bowl of popcorn with it I'm good, right?

    It's the saturated fat from the cheese, man . I remember we used to, as kids, say that pizza was healthy because it contained all if the food groups
