Ran a mile fasted.
B: 1 HB egg w/ Old Bay, 3 slices bacon, diced up bell pepper with salsa
L: grilled chicken breast, sauteed onion and bell pepper in CO with curry powder
S:diced up bell pepper mixed with HB egg, salsa, and curry powder
D: ordered from an amazing organic grassfed burger joint here.. huge salad w/ diced apple, small amt of dried cranberries, carmelized onions, balsamic vinaigrette, and topped with a grassfed burger
I think I did pretty OK for my first day.

Mid-day - half bbq chicken from local deli and coleslaw.

Got some lamb and beef shanks braising at the moment. Gonna be a late, but delicious dinner.

L: grass-fed burger, BAS, 1/4 avocado, coffee with cream
D: roast chicken, swiss chard sauteed in garlic with parmesan, buttered baked sweet potato
S: Chocolate dessert (dark choc, butter, banana, egg, cream)

This is a great (though really long lol) thread. My mom-in-law is finally giving gluten free a try (not pushing full primal just yet) and I needed some meal ideas since she says, "I don't know what to eat besides meat and cheese" lol.
always one banana first thing in morning
2 eggs with turkey bacon and coffee
chicken, bacon and tomato salad, yogurt with fruit, water
olives for a snack
turkey burger with cheese (no bun of course), sliced red peppers, strawberries, water
cold coffee smoothie with 1 banana, dark chocolate cocoa, half scoop vanilla protein

L: Pumpkin soup, banana.
S: Apple slices and cheese, few dates, chocolate.
Dinner will be roasted chicken thighs and kumara. Probably throw in some more leeks.

I'm a diet just now, to lose about 2-5kg. Currently I'm eating:
1 can of tinned mackerel
2 tablespoons of EVOO
1 egg yolk
150g of protein powder
Once a week I carb out.

BAS with 6 hard-cooked egg yolks, chicken, cheese, bacon, tomatoes, baby spinach. Tonight: carbs.
Edited to add dinner: Rice spaghetti, tomato sauce, meatballs made from brisket I ground, spinach, sorbet, 2 meringues, 2 blood oranges, and 2 squares of Green&Black's 85% chocolate. It's been a great up day!
