A pound of bacon, five eggs, two avocados, a can of oysters and a pear.
The wife's milk also expired and she's afraid to drink it. So I'm actually going to drink milk! It's vat pasteurized, not homogenized. Hopefully it will not turn into a brick in my intestines and kill me.

Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
