Me, too! They can keep the carbs. I mean, it's not like we're zero carbing it. I probably hit 50 most days. I eat a green apple, some oysters, some almond butter or dark chocolate, some greens - it adds up. I'm not willing to try high-carb yet, either, after all the work I've done. I'd have to eat less fat, and you can have my fat when you pry it from my lean, sinewy and incredibly strong fingers.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
